Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the General Manager and Directors of Giesecke+Devrient’s E‑Kart unit in Turkey. This position is responsible for managing calendars, travel arrangements, communications and confidential documents to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate calendars, meetings and travel for senior executives.
• Organise and prepare for meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodation and logistics.
• Manage telephone, email and correspondence traffic.
• Represent executives in internal and external communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other business documents.
• Welcome and assist guests, customers and business partners.
• Handle confidential information and documents with the highest level of discretion.
• Provide operational and administrative support as required.
• Ensure coordination between departments and follow up on tasks.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably from a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, reliability and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Residing in İzmit, Gebze, or on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
