Experienced Remote US Immigration Paralegal

About the role

Gozel Law Firm PC, an immigration law firm serving businesses and individuals, is hiring a full-time experienced US immigration law paralegal to work remotely from Turkey. The position requires fluency in English and Turkish, and availability to work according to the New York time zone (ET). Experience in business immigration and/or removal defense is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client intake, including initial screening, phone calls, emails and collection of information for the attorney's review.
• Prepare and complete forms for submission to USCIS and other legal entities.
• Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading legal documents such as briefs, letters and filings.
• Carry out legal research and analysis to support the legal team across multiple cases.
• Manage administrative tasks, including updating client files, records and databases.

Required profile

• Experience in a US-based immigration law firm.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a computer.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal research and document preparation.
