F&B Attendant - Jetex C-VIP Terminal

About the role

Istanbul Airport's Jetex partnership operates a dedicated C-VIP terminal within the General Aviation Terminal, offering premium aviation services to passengers. TRU is looking for an F&B Attendant to deliver food and beverage service in line with premium presentation standards, available at all times during the guest's stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage services with timely, flawless execution and premium presentation.
• Monitor and control service areas, table setups and presentation details before, during and after service.
• Organize service according to passengers' preferences and special requests.
• Inform guests accurately about menu content, product presentation and service flow.
• Maintain service equipment, presentation materials and service areas to a flawless standard.
• Keep product knowledge up to date, including content and presentation techniques.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external service providers for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, airport terminals or VIP lounges.
• Turkish citizenship required.
• Minimum high school education.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to adapt to shift-based schedules and work with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong crisis management skills and attention to diction, grooming and professional appearance.
