F&B Reservation Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic F&B Reservation Team Leader to manage reservation operations across our food and beverage outlets in Istanbul. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure seamless booking processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the reservation team to meet performance targets and uphold high service standards.
• Manage all reservation activities, including booking confirmations, table management, and customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Train and develop team members on reservation systems, customer service protocols, and company procedures.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide feedback to support professional growth.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize table turnover.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, analyze booking data, and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation management systems.
• Experience using POS software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Data analysis capability to generate actionable insights from reservation metrics.
