F&B Support Expert

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations within Marriott hotels. Working on the floor, you will assist with table settings, kitchen support, and maintaining clean, well‑stocked work areas, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories according to hotel standards.
• Assist kitchen staff by delivering supplies, clearing stations, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
• Replenish beverage stations, napkins, utensils, and other consumables throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, supporting overall service flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. accepted).
• No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and professional communication.

Required skills

• Basic reading and visual verification of menu information.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
