About the role
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer specialized in cloud solutions to provide on‑site and remote technical support to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support for customers during POC and post‑sales inquiries.
- Track, maintain and resolve incidents and deliver reports to customers.
- Install devices and integrate them into the customer environment.
- Deliver technical training for partners and customers.
- Escalate product issues to R&D when necessary.
- Create technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge bases.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as a technical engineer, system integrator, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Sangfor products.
Required skills
- Network best practices.
- Server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper‑converged infrastructure, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Virtualization platforms such as VMware, Simplivity, Nutanix.
- Knowledge of Sangfor product suite.
