Field Service Engineer – eMobility

About the role

Join Siemens Turkey’s e‑Mobility service organization as a Field Service Engineer, providing technical and administrative support for service operations and customer deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders, inquiries and requests related to products and services.
• Manage order administration for assigned customers and maintain client information in the system.
• Provide first‑level remote and onsite support, escalating complex issues to qualified Service Technicians or Engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and resolve commercial or technical problems.
• Assist in pre‑ and post‑sales technical advice for the development, implementation and operation of customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in service organizations or the e‑Mobility sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Interest in Power BI, digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
