Field Service Specialist – Istanbul

About the role

As a Field Service Specialist based in Istanbul, you will drive operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction across our service portfolio. You will manage the full technical service lifecycle, from handling complex incidents to coordinating spare‑parts logistics and supporting the sales team with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field service and back‑office tasks, providing seamless operational support.
• Track, forecast, and plan replenishment of spare‑parts stock.
• Monitor service‑partner performance and produce actionable reports.
• Oversee the complete case lifecycle, including routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for service visits and technical training activities.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to help close opportunities.
• Support regional service projects and ad‑hoc initiatives directed by Service Leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (B2+).
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Service, Customer Success, or Technical Sales.
• Background in building‑material, plumbing, or HVAC industries is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a systems‑oriented approach.
