Field Service Specialist – Technical Service & Spare Parts

About the role

As a Field Service Specialist based in Istanbul, you will drive operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will own the full technical service lifecycle, from resolving complex incidents and managing spare‑parts logistics to onboarding service partners and supporting technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field service and back‑office tasks, providing seamless operational support.
• Track, forecast, and plan replenishment of spare‑parts stock.
• Monitor service‑partner performance and produce actionable reports.
• Manage the complete case lifecycle, including routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution.
• Coordinate logistics for service visits and technical training activities.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to help close opportunities.
• Support regional service projects and ad‑hoc initiatives directed by Service Leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent Turkish and English (minimum B2 level).
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Service, Customer Success, or Technical Sales.
• Background in building‑material or related industries.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems is a strong plus.
• Advanced PC proficiency, including CRM, Microsoft Office, and technical diagnostic tools.
