Field Services Specialist - IT Support

About the role

iSoftStone is looking for a Field Services Specialist (also called IT Support Specialist) to provide on-site support in Izmir, Turkey. The role covers field support operations, giving end users support for their devices and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT end-user support, including incident resolution, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment
• Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, including remote and on-site troubleshooting and system configuration guidance
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination and asset disposal
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for repairs, on-site activities and equipment logistics
• Take part in IT projects, new site openings, hypercare activities and special initiatives
• Provide after-hours or escalation support for plant-critical issues when required

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on field IT support experience
• Ability to travel between sites and work in on-site environments
• Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation and vendor coordination
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration and end-user support
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent for ticket handling
