Field Support Responsible – Bosch Home Comfort

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary liaison between Bosch Home Comfort and its network of sub‑dealers, wholesalers, and service points in Gaziantep. You will promote product knowledge, loyalty programmes and campaigns while ensuring dealer compliance with contractual conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points to present the Bosch Home Comfort portfolio.
• Explain highlighted product features and guide staff on communicating benefits to end‑users.
• Promote loyalty programmes, recruit new members and inform dealers about current campaigns.
• Follow up on dealer demands, complaints and needs within the assigned region.
• Support market surveys on trends and volumes at the sub‑dealer level.
• Control and report dealer actions against loyalty club contract conditions.
• Assist wholesalers with local campaigns linked to loyalty members.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• No restrictions on domestic travel and a valid Class B driver’s licence with active driving experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
