Field Support Responsible – Gaziantep

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary liaison between Bosch Home Comfort and its sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points in the Gaziantep region. You will promote product knowledge, loyalty programmes and market initiatives while ensuring dealer compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points to present Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio and highlighted features.
• Educate sub‑dealer staff on how to communicate product benefits to end‑users.
• Promote and explain Bosch Loyalty Programs and assist in acquiring new members.
• Inform partners about current campaigns and upcoming activities.
• Follow up on dealer demands, complaints and needs within the assigned region.
• Support market surveys at sub‑dealer level, gathering trends and volume data.
• Monitor and report dealer compliance with loyalty club contract conditions.
• Assist wholesalers with local campaigns related to loyalty members.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid Class B driver’s license with no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
