Finance and Treasury Director

About the role

The company seeks a Finance and Treasury Director to lead finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting functions for a manufacturing client. The role focuses on strengthening the financial structure, managing resources efficiently, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Plan cash flow, monitor liquidity, and oversee banking, credit, financing, payment and collection activities.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international banks and monitor foreign currency positions and exchange‑rate risks.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis against actual results.
• Review monthly and period‑end closing results and present financial analyses to senior management.
• Improve internal controls, ERP and financial reporting processes, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead, plan, and evaluate the performance of the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English and a valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
