Finance Manager

About the role

Küçükoğlu Holding, a leading automotive spare‑parts producer, is seeking a Finance Manager to join its dynamic team. The role involves preparing cash‑flow plans, monitoring financial markets, and coordinating with banks and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare short‑, medium‑, and long‑term cash‑flow plans and ensure execution, control, and reporting of related financial transactions.
• Monitor national and international economic developments, financial markets, and macro‑economic indicators to support financial strategy and long‑term planning.
• Manage relationships with banks and global financial institutions, overseeing payment, collection, and loan repayment processes.
• Coordinate payment and collection operations with relevant departments and monitor customer and vendor account clearing and reconciliation.
• Define duties of team members, plan work priorities, and allocate workload effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering.
• Preferably experience in finance within the automotive industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in financial planning, cash‑flow management, credit management, banking transactions, and financial reporting.
