Finance Manager (Remote – Turkey/Cyprus)

About the role

Ciao Games, a mobile game publisher, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead accounting, forecasting and treasury activities across its remote operations in Turkey and Cyprus. The role combines rigorous financial control with data‑driven decision making in a fast‑moving, data‑heavy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, accounts payable/receivable and tax filings with zero‑tolerance for errors.
• Handle partner and royalty accounting, reconciling revenue splits and recoupment balances.
• Lead forecasting and business planning in partnership with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools.
• Automate manual finance workflows, leveraging AI tools and scripts.
• Make treasury decisions, including cash management, FX exposure and capital preservation.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Proven FP&A experience with budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of treasury and investment principles, especially in inflationary contexts.
• Ability to work asynchronously with fully remote teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data visualization across multiple platforms.
• Experience with BI reporting tools.
• Automation using AI tools or scripting languages.
• Accounts payable/receivable processing.
• Tax filing procedures.
• Cash management, FX exposure handling, and treasury operations.
