Internal Audit Specialist

About the role

As an Internal Audit Specialist you will work closely with multiple business functions, gaining a broad view of processes and financial activities while supporting Entek's internal control and risk management framework. The position contributes directly to the company's ambition to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Audit Department in planning, executing, and following up on audit engagements.
• Collect, review, and analyse audit evidence, documentation and relevant data.
• Track audit findings and action plans, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain professional communication with business units throughout the audit process.
• Support compliance with Koç Holding Audit Group requirements.
• Perform data, financial and process analysis as part of audit activities.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, control weaknesses and potential risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in audit, internal control or risk management, preferably in a large multinational, financial institution or leading audit firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Patient, constructive, and persistent in driving follow‑up actions.
• High sense of ownership, accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
