Finance Manager (Spirits)

About the role

Anadolu Efes is hiring a Finance Manager for its Distilled Spirits business units. The role ensures that accounting, finance, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, cash management, internal control and risk management are executed effectively, efficiently and in compliance, and provides financial insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.

The Finance Manager reports directly to the Anadolu Efes Türkiye CFO and works closely with the Distilled Spirits Business Unit Director and the financial reporting teams. The position is open to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Alaşehir, Manisa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance through variance, profitability and efficiency analyses.
• Manage production costs, inventory control and working capital (inventory, receivables and payables).
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financing, working with Treasury teams.
• Coordinate tax, excise tax, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance with the Anadolu Efes Türkiye Tax Directorate.
• Improve internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct cost, profitability and investment analyses with production, sales, procurement and other functions.
• Lead ERP, reporting and finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage, develop and monitor the performance of the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in external auditing, preferably with a Big Four firm.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, treasury and financing; cost accounting and working capital management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial reporting and consolidation.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Alaşehir, Manisa.
