Financial Affairs Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Affairs Manager for a medium‑sized, family‑owned textile manufacturing company in Sarıyer, Istanbul. The role requires strong cost accounting expertise, financial management skills, and the ability to lead and restructure the finance team in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance, accounting, and financial operations, including production costing and cost control.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, cash‑flow management and monitor budgets.
• Prepare and analyse monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory accounting requirements and reporting obligations.
• Manage relationships with banks, external auditors and financial advisors.
• Present financial reports and recommendations to the General Manager and CEO in English.
• Review and, when needed, restructure financial processes, workflows and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Solid managerial experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience in cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, cash‑flow management, financial reporting and analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with foreign senior executives.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Sarıyer, Istanbul.
