Financial Analyst – Corporate Support

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the Budget & Reporting Unit Manager, providing corporate‑level finance services for Avolta’s operations at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and other Turkish locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs, coordinate with procurement and operational teams, and liaise with local finance, shared service centers, and regional stakeholders on IFRS entries and reporting.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, perform variance analysis on revenues, costs, margins, OPEX, CAPEX, working capital and cash flow, and consolidate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end IFRS reporting packages.
• Lead annual budget preparation, forecast revisions, investigate deviations, and provide root‑cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Ensure timely audit deliverables, act as primary contact for internal and external auditors, and proactively escalate risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience with strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong financial background and controlling ability.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office applications.
• Experience with large data sets.
• SAP reporting knowledge (asset).
