Financial Analyst – SLA Steering & Governance

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz Türk is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Steering & Governance team. You will be responsible for governing, coordinating and optimizing the service business landscape across local and global stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate, track and monitor all services provided by MBT to internal and external entities (R&D, IT, Procurement, Cost Engineering, etc.).
• Act as the primary contact for SLA management, interfacing with the Board of Management and Finance Directorate.
• Create and revise local processes in line with DTAG global guidelines.
• Perform detailed cost calculations using transfer‑pricing methods and develop financial logics to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with SAP CO key users, functional controllers and service providers to prepare system solutions.
• Track income and expenses, prepare reports for top management, and support HC and investment planning for G&A functions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost controlling, transfer pricing and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills to work with local and global partners.
• Ability to design and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
