Financial Controller

About the role

Join Pluxee as a Financial Controller to lead month‑end closing, financial reporting and analysis in line with IFRS and group deadlines. You will work closely with business units, auditors and group reporting teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing activities and prepare financial reports according to IFRS.
• Identify variances between actual and forecasted results and provide performance insights.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and support external auditors.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and strategic planning documents.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and offer financial guidance.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial controlling, planning & analysis, preferably with audit (Big 4) experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent planning, forecasting and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Good level of written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
