Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead month‑end and year‑end closing, drive cost analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting for Eagle Burgmann. You will coordinate finance shared services and ensure compliance with statutory, tax and IFRS requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and resolution of open items.
• Drive cost closing processes, analyse unit‑cost variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate Finance Shared Service Center activities for AP, AR and GL processes.
• Monitor aging reports, collections, payments, accruals, provisions and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee statutory, tax and IFRS audits, fixed assets, depreciation and capital expenditure accounting.
• Support SAP Finance improvements, process documentation, internal controls and reporting quality initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting or business controlling.
• Experience with IFRS and Turkish GAAP.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
