Financial Controller – Remote

About the role

Pragmatike is recruiting for a fast‑growing data‑center infrastructure company that needs a seasoned Finance Controller to oversee financial control, treasury, and contract governance. The role is fully remote and critical for managing long‑cycle contracts, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and working‑capital fluctuations.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial oversight of complex customer, supplier and subcontractor contracts, including milestones, payment terms, change orders and cost‑to‑complete.
• Manage long‑term contract revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, using percentage‑of‑completion or input methods.
• Monitor project profitability, cost overruns, margin erosion and cash‑at‑risk.
• Lead monthly close, management reporting and audit coordination.
• Drive day‑to‑day and forward‑looking cash‑flow forecasting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and optimise working capital.
• Maintain banking relationships, credit facilities, project finance and asset‑backed lending where applicable.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in financial controlling or a similar finance role.
• Background in EPC, infrastructure, construction, equipment manufacturing or data‑center projects.
• Strong experience with GAAP and/or IFRS reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
