Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist will support the company's budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes in line with IFRS and group standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent, accurate, and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare company budget and forecast packages, including all financial statements, following Heidelberg Materials group reporting standards.
• Produce monthly business reviews and quarterly management reports for top management and the Board of Directors.
• Estimate month‑end financial results bi‑weekly and monitor fixed costs in collaboration with related departments.
• Analyse profitability by category and product, and generate ad‑hoc reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in an independent audit firm (preferred).
• Fluency in written and spoken English for direct communication with the Group Finance Team.
• Strong presentation, analysis and reporting skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Good understanding of IAS/IFRS/TFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
