Enterprise Credit Risk Management Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Credit Risk Management frameworks. You will conduct credit assessments, monitor portfolio quality, and collaborate across business functions to strengthen risk governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of ERM and Credit Risk frameworks.
• Conduct customer credit assessments, financial statement analyses, and creditworthiness evaluations.
• Review, recommend, and monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor customer exposures, receivables, payment performance, overdue balances, and overall portfolio quality.
• Identify high‑risk customers and emerging credit risks using financial analysis and early‑warning indicators.
• Assess and report key enterprise and credit risks, including trends, insights, and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with business functions to strengthen risk governance, credit decision‑making, and risk culture.
• Contribute to risk policies, credit procedures, reporting frameworks, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk, Banking, Finance, Credit Control, Internal Audit or Risk Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of customer credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment and credit limit management.
• Experience in receivables management, portfolio monitoring and risk reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
