Project Manager - Trading Platform Integration

About the role

Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., the brokerage arm of Freedom Holding, is expanding into the MENA region and is looking for an experienced Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end integration of vendor solutions for trading platforms and back-office systems, acting as the main link between internal stakeholders and external software vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the integration of vendor solutions related to trading platforms and back-office systems.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external software vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource requirements for system integration and reporting projects.
• Oversee the internal development and deployment of in-house reporting systems, including regulatory and operational reports.
• Ensure smooth data exchange between integrated platforms and internal reporting tools.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate regular communication with senior management, technical teams, compliance and external partners.
• Track project performance using tools and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in financial services, preferably in brokerage or trading operations.
• Strong understanding of brokerage workflows, trading platforms and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience leading software integration projects, especially with third-party vendors or SaaS platforms.
• 3 years of experience; Russian is required.
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational reporting standards relevant to brokerage environments.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Background in systems or business analysis is a plus; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous.
