Financial Reporting and CMB Relations Executive

About the role

The Financial Reporting and CMB Relations Executive will lead the preparation, consolidation, and submission of financial reports in line with Turkish Capital Markets Board regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards. This role serves as a key liaison between the company, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports via the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) in compliance with CMB regulations.
• Compile consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.
• Analyse financial results and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
• Create investor communication materials, including earnings presentations and annual reports.
• Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy, maintaining transparent communication with shareholders.
• Lead the independent audit process and coordinate activities with external audit firms.
• Support tax compliance and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalisation of financial reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Turkish Capital Markets Board regulations and IFRS.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and investor relations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with senior management, investors, and auditors.
