Financial Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst

About the role

Rönesans Holding, a global construction, real estate, energy, industrial facilities and healthcare contractor founded in 1993, is looking for a Financial Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst for its headquarters in Istanbul. The role plays an active part in the Group's strategic financial planning, investment analysis, capital allocation and financial stakeholder relations, working closely with senior management and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group's five-year strategic business planning, including integrated financial models, consolidation of business unit forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Develop and maintain the consolidated long-term investment budget, evaluate funding needs, investment priorities and capital allocation options.
• Monitor financial performance, investment returns and value creation across the investment portfolio, and conduct periodic valuations of businesses and investments.
• Prepare financial presentations, strategic analyses and management reports, investor presentations, and coordinate semi-annual earnings calls.
• Support relationships with financial institutions and credit rating agencies, including annual rating reviews and financial information requests.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses, benchmarking studies, and support M&A, equity and debt capital markets (ECM/DCM) activities from assessment through execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, M&A, strategic finance, financial planning, investment analysis or audit.
• Experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, financial institution or large business group is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling: integrated three-statement models, DCF valuation, investment return analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Corporate valuation, financial statement analysis, IFRS, investment appraisal and corporate financing structures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, able to turn complex analyses into clear management presentations.
