Strategy & Planning Analyst Graduate

About the role

An international, well-established company with a strong brand is looking for an experienced Strategy & Planning Analyst to join its team in the Istanbul office. The role covers strategic planning, reporting and analytical support for local and regional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing and presenting strategic plans, directions and programmes
• Help prepare regular progress reports on the planning cycle and its inputs
• Provide analytical support for routine planning submissions and liaise with other planning and analytical departments to confirm data interpretation
• Ensure priorities are met so planning schedules are kept, and take part in improving reporting structures

Required profile

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance or brokerage (a must)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Team player, with advanced communication, presentation and training skills
• Professional attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to read compliance documentation and legislation
