Floor Manager (40 Hours)

About the role

COS, a COS group brand offering ready-to-wear and accessories, is hiring a Floor Manager for a 40-hour-per-week full-time position. The role leads a team of Sales Advisors, sets the tone for a welcoming and inspiring store environment and drives results through service and operational excellence. The post-holder steps into the role of Store Manager when required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and identify future talent for development plans
• Oversee daily store operations and act as a brand ambassador
• Step into the role of Store Manager when required

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment, with good knowledge of store operations and standards
• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in the products offered
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and seeking development opportunities
• Excellent communication, adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Good Turkish and English; team leadership and understanding of retail KPIs are preferable but not mandatory
