About the role
The Floor Supervisor ensures the smooth and timely execution of housekeeping operations within an Accor hotel. This role coordinates staff schedules, manages performance reporting, and addresses guest concerns to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure orderly and timely execution of the housekeeping operation.
- Assist in creating employee work schedules, ensuring fair task distribution, consistency, and efficiency.
- Prepare annual performance reports for housekeeping attendants.
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and inform the Housekeeping Manager of any issues.
Required profile
- Good command of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team successfully.
- Customer‑related experience is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
