Foreign Patient Coordinator (Multilingual)

About the role

The organization seeks a highly organized Foreign Patient Coordinator to manage the complete healthcare journey for international patients. The role involves communication, treatment coordination, logistics, and post‑treatment follow‑up to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for international patients from initial inquiry through post‑treatment follow‑up.
• Coordinate with medical teams to prepare detailed treatment plans and present cost estimates.
• Organise logistics such as airport transfers, accommodation, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide translation and interpretation services in Turkish and other languages as needed.
• Maintain continuous communication and keep accurate, confidential records of all patient interactions.
• Conduct satisfaction follow‑ups after discharge and assist with after‑care support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, International Relations, Foreign Languages or a related field.
• Fluent in Turkish and at least two of the following: English, German, French, Russian.
• Minimum 1 year experience in patient coordination, health tourism or related international service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or medical software systems (preferred).
