About the role
Smile Hair Clinic is seeking a Supervisor Nurse to join its fast‑growing team in the financial district of East Istanbul. The role involves patient liaison, coordination in the waiting area and occasional support for clinical operations, all while ensuring high standards of hygiene and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with patients and provide necessary information in English.
- Coordinate, transfer, and manage patients in the waiting area.
- Provide support in clinical operations when needed.
Required profile
- Graduate from relevant nursing or medical departments.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledgeable about hygiene rules and procedures.
- Detail‑oriented and responsible.
- Able to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment and flexible working hours.
