Fragrance & Beauty Assistant – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

Join CHANEL as a Fragrance & Beauty Assistant, providing day‑to‑day administrative, operational and commercial support to the Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams. This 1‑year fixed‑term position offers exposure to luxury beauty retail operations, trade animations, reporting and digital activations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between boutique managers and the F&B office, routing operational requests and supporting boutique standards.
• Prepare and distribute daily sales and campaign performance reports, consolidate retail and wholesale data, and assist with basic performance analysis.
• Support the planning, execution and follow‑up of trade animations, including coordination of samples, gifts and material logistics.
• Proofread and review translated marketing and commercial materials, ensuring consistency with CHANEL brand guidelines.
• Monitor e‑retail execution, update digital assets, and assist with online campaign follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish for translation proofreading is advantageous.
• Interest in luxury beauty and retail environments.

Required skills

• Data collection and consolidation for reporting purposes.
• Proofreading and quality‑checking of translated content.
• Familiarity with digital asset management and e‑retail monitoring.
