Freelance Graphic Designer - Paid Social Ads

About the role

A partner company, listed on behalf of Jobgether, is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer based in Turkey. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating visual content for paid social advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You will work from idea generation to final assets, alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, aligned with campaign objectives and performance metrics.
• Take part in the full creative process, from brainstorming and ideation to design execution and delivery.
• Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the team to understand requirements, objectives and deadlines.
• Produce polished, pixel-perfect designs with attention to detail, typography, composition and visual aesthetics.
• Provide technical guidance on file organization, asset management and digital design standards.
• Propose creative improvements and use knowledge of paid social performance to support campaign KPIs.
• Stay up to date with visual trends, social media formats and creative approaches.

Required profile

• Detail-oriented designer with strong visual storytelling skills and proven experience creating paid social advertisements.
• Ability to work independently, welcome feedback and contribute ideas that improve creative outcomes.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality visual design and an understanding of digital advertising.
• Interest in the startup ecosystem, with an understanding of copywriting principles and market dynamics; FinTech client experience is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, initiative, adaptability and ability to meet agreed deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with Figma.
