Senior Product Designer

About the role

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, trusted by organizations such as UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. As a Senior Product Designer you will join one of its cross-functional squads, own a specific product domain and shape the wider platform, where enterprise-grade B2B tools meet consumer checkout. The role sits at the intersection of complex UX architecture and conversion, and decisions directly affect how much money nonprofits raise.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your product domain, partnering with the Product Owner, engineers and analysts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
• Drive data-informed decisions: form hypotheses with UX Research and Analytics teams, run tests and turn user behavior into insights.
• Raise consistency across portals, widgets and admin tools while navigating complex technical dependencies.
• Design for edge cases and business logic, not just the happy path.
• Champion accessibility by designing intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
• Use AI actively in the design workflow and identify where it changes the shape of problems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech or large-scale e-commerce.
• A portfolio of shipped products with case studies showing process, problem-solving and measured impact.
• Fluent Russian (required, as you will work in a Russian-speaking team) and English at B2 level, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: payment flow and checkout design experience, advanced prototyping and motion design, front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, React), and a background in nonprofit tech.
