Front Desk Receptionist – Istanbul

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Soho House Istanbul. You will be the first point of contact for guests and members, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide concierge assistance.
• Escort guests to their rooms, handle luggage, and maintain the presentation of the front‑of‑house area.
• Operate telephone systems and the Opera Property Management System (PMS) efficiently.
• Assist the Reservations team with enquiries and bookings.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback to relevant departments.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Stay familiar with hotel layout, bedroom features, and local area attractions to assist guests.
• Promote hotel services and products to increase sales where possible.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation with the ability to meet Soho House standards.
• Capable of working under pressure while coordinating multiple requests.
• Approachable, reliable, and adaptable to changing duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera PMS system.
