About the role

SANY Group Türkiye is seeking a Functional Support Officer who is fluent in Chinese to provide cross‑functional assistance across HR, administration, and office management from our Sancaktepe office.

Key responsibilities

Support daily operations in HR, administration, operations, and office management.
Assist teams with documentation, reporting, and workflow coordination.
Act as a liaison for Chinese‑speaking employees, handling translation and cross‑cultural communication.
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal processes.
Provide ad‑hoc support to supervisors and management on various projects.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1‑2 years of experience in administrative, HR, operations, brand, or general functional support roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in Chinese and English; Turkish is a plus.
Legal authorization to work in Turkey.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
