About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Assistant to help keep our outlet running smoothly. You will support daily operations, interact with customers, and assist with van-related tasks as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service on the shop floor.
- Assist with merchandising, product placement, and stock replenishment.
- Handle stock deliveries, unload items, and ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
- Perform general duties such as tidying, minor repairs, and organizing displays.
- Support van duties, including loading, unloading, and basic vehicle checks.
Required profile
- Physical ability to lift and move stock.
- Valid driving licence and confidence driving a van.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Reliability and punctuality for a 40‑hour work week.
