Global Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Finance Manager to lead our worldwide finance operations. The role will ensure accurate reporting, strategic planning and compliance across all business units of our fast‑growing gaming technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
• Partner with regional finance teams to standardise practices across locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in multinational or global organisations.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
