Global Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Legal Manager to join our Global Legal Affairs Team, providing legal advice and support across a broad range of commercial, corporate and compliance matters for our worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to Group companies on commercial, corporate and compliance issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as supply, procurement, NDA, joint development and loan agreements.
• Support strategic projects including M&A, corporate restructurings and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Advise business teams on risk mitigation while enabling growth.
• Prepare corporate governance documentation and manage secretarial matters in multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and monitor compliance programs and deliver related training.
• Oversee litigation and external counsel, assisting in litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and produce memoranda with practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Bar.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm serving multinationals or in a multinational company.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting multinational operations and cross‑border transactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• No restrictions for international travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
