About the role
BGTS is a software and technology solutions company with over 1,800 professionals and more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, engineering, and technology consulting. We are looking for a Global Talent Partner to join our team, working from our İTÜ Teknopark office one day a week while embracing a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities
- Spearhead the search and engagement of top IT talent using both traditional and innovative strategies.
- Contribute to talent management and development initiatives to maintain a rich pipeline of candidates.
- Embrace a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work from home or in the office as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure processes and candidate pools are easily accessible for the team and future generations.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Seeks a role where contributions are valued and can make a meaningful difference.
