Graphic Designer Manager

About the role

Mavi, a global lifestyle and premium denim brand, is seeking a Graphic Designer Manager to lead visual communication across all marketing touchpoints. You will shape and maintain the brand’s visual language while managing creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and continuously develop the established brand visual language and creative framework across all touchpoints.
• Create and execute visual concepts for campaigns, content productions, and photoshoots.
• Plan, direct, and manage on‑site photo and video shoots.
• Oversee production processes for social media, online, email marketing, campaign materials, and other visual content.
• Deliver creative solutions for daily and seasonal content needs and ensure visual excellence and consistency.
• Collaborate with design, content teams and external agencies to coordinate implementation and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design or visual communication, preferably with fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, awareness of current design trends and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience managing photo and video production processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
