Graphic Designer – Marketing & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to shape our visual presence across social media and e‑commerce channels. You will adapt global brand assets for the Turkish market and produce engaging static and motion content that drives brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global brand assets for the local market.
• Design static and motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Create and edit Reels and short‑form videos.
• Produce product visuals, banners and campaign creatives for e‑commerce sites.
• Develop creative assets for influencer campaigns.
• Support Trade Marketing with visual designs for salons, events, influencer events and POS.
• Prepare print‑ready designs for salon branding, stands, POSM, posters, roll‑ups and other printed materials.
• Design presentations, infographics and other marketing materials.
• Localise global creative assets into Turkish.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express and AI‑driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT.
• Demonstrated social‑media design experience.
