About the role
As a member of the Growth Team, you will be tasked with finding innovative ways to improve our games and maximize player reach through creative and analytical marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing user acquisition channels and discover new opportunities.
- Conduct in‑depth campaign analysis to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance.
- Define KPIs and analyze campaigns to better understand the target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team in ad production.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Management or Economics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for mobile puzzle games.
