About the role
Flow Games is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to scale its mobile games to millions of players worldwide. You will have a direct impact on both product performance and business growth while working in a fast‑moving team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
- Work closely with marketing artists to develop and test new creatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and market analysis.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve marketing performance.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
- Experience managing mobile UA campaigns.
- Passion for mobile games.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
