Growth Manager – Mobile Games

About the role

Com Games is seeking a Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, creative testing, and growth analysis across its mobile game portfolio. You will manage paid acquisition campaigns, define testing strategies, analyze performance data, and identify scalable growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Define testing strategies for new games, including budgets, GEOs, channels and creative approaches.
• Analyze creative performance, contribute to new concepts and briefs, and track key metrics such as CPI, CTR, IPM, CVR, ROAS, retention, LTV, ARPU and cohort performance.
• Work with tools like AppsFlyer, Singular, Firebase, AdMob, Play Console and App Store Connect to identify high‑performing campaigns, audiences and creatives.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on scaling, improving or discontinuing initiatives and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on UA/growth marketing experience on at least one shipped mobile game.
• Experience in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and cohort analysis.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands‑on in fast testing and iteration cycles.

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (or similar ad networks).
• AppsFlyer, Singular, Adjust, Firebase (or similar analytics tools).
• AdMob, Play Console, App Store Connect.
