Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

FTD is seeking an experienced, proactive Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing and customer acquisition across global markets. The role combines strategic development, rapid execution, performance analysis, and ownership of results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own FTD's global digital growth and customer acquisition strategy, identifying priority markets, segments and new channels.
• Manage and optimise paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and test emerging platforms.
• Oversee website development, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
• Maintain marketing analytics infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, server‑side tracking) and report KPI performance.
• Coordinate external partners – agencies, developers, designers – setting clear KPIs and evaluating ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, preferably in fintech or regulated digital industries.
• Proactive, data‑driven, commercially minded and able to move quickly from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience managing international markets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (and Microsoft Ads as a plus).
• Deep knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution and server‑side tracking.
• Experience managing website development, landing pages and CRO projects.
• Ability to manage agencies, developers, designers and other external partners.
