Growth Specialist

About the role

metcOm is a technology company offering a platform of ready-to-run applications that solve challenging physics problems, helping researchers, engineers and innovators model, simulate and analyse complex tasks. The Growth Specialist is a full-time, hybrid position based in Istanbul, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role covers growth opportunities across the customer onboarding journey, from lead generation to retention.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user data and market trends
• Develop and test growth experiments
• Optimise acquisition channels
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning
• Engage with potential customers and support sales initiatives
• Manage small projects so that growth campaigns are delivered on time
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to turn insights into strategies that grow the user base and revenue

Required profile

• BSc degree in business, engineering, physics, economics or a related field
• Experience with SaaS products, preferably in scientific, engineering or analytics domains, is beneficial
• Ability to work in an accountable environment

Required skills

• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Growth hacking and digital experimentation skills, including designing, running and evaluating growth tests
• Project management skills to plan and execute growth initiatives on schedule
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as product analytics, CRM or marketing automation platforms is an advantage
