Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Guest Experience Specialist to turn travelers' ideas into personalized journeys. You will consult with clients, design itineraries, manage bookings, and provide support before, during, and after each trip—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, transportation and other services to build tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate and confirm all booking components, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Deliver proactive customer support throughout the travel experience, handling changes and unexpected issues.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry developments.
• Promote services and generate new business through social media, networking and referrals.
• Manage your own schedule, stay organized and work toward personal and business targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and enthusiasm for travel.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with interest in building client relationships.
• Previous experience in travel, sales, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
